As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring and preserving the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and their families, Subaru of Englewood as made the decision to temporarily suspend all in-person sales operations until April 1. Please note that, given uncertainty around the situation, we are using April 1 as a target return date, but that timing could change. We will continue monitoring the situation closely, and will update you in due course.

In the interim, we will be providing our customers with a full range of virtual sales and solutions, allowing for you to continue making new and pre-owned vehicle purchases via our digital showroom and across our dealership websites – all from the comfort of your own home. Our digital showroom enables you to browse our entire inventory, build deals online, value your trade and get approved for financing. With regard to service, despite temporarily suspending physical sales operations, our service facilities are now open and we have a team in place to address any issues as best we can. Should you have any concerns about your vehicle that needs immediate assistance, please reach out to Subaru@townmotors.com. If you have any other questions regarding the service of your vehicle, please reach out via email or to our call center at 201-816-6000, which will remain open through April 1, between the hours of 9am-5pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Please accept my sincerest apologies if these changes cause any unexpected issues. Just know that we are making them to ensure the safety of those we love and care about and to continue offering you the highest level of service you have come to expect from us – despite these challenging times.
